Ellie Mateer, Computer Programmer Analyst at your service. (But I might change that to Software Developer, Engineer, Analyst, etc., if I can figure out which one.) This site was built using a mezcolanza of techniques, which include a Joomla design (well really just the picture and colors) but other than that, nothing here is Joomla. I just wanted to give credit to the designer for those colors and picture. (An artist I am not.) I have also incorporated a template system and for styling, a 960px 24 column grid.
